So I filed court papers over a year ago to get my ex back into court bc he refuses to let me see our son even tho we have a court order and I finally get a court date and serving papers and in the same week the sheriff is supposed to serve him he ends up moving they tried to serve him 3 times and couldn't get in touch with him so now Tuesdays court hearing is going to be rescheduled and I'm going to have to figure something else out it took me so long to finally find where he was and now I have to do it all over again I will have my son back in my life idc what it takes my son and I were so close he came to me for everything we had family nights and went to school events together we did everything together and bc I chose to leave a toxic relationship he uses our son against me!!!! I unfortunately got screwed with the DHHS case that was open against both of us and have been fighting for my baby boy since 2019 I passed every drug test did every evaluation and iop and got into a MAT program yet the judge wasn't told anything and my lawyer wouldn't speak up either for some reason but I'm going to keep fighting and continue doing what I'm doing and one day I will see him again

I can totally relate. I fought 4yrs in court and got know where and stayed clean and sober. Well 10yrs later they figured it out and live with me. Keep fighting stay in recovery and always stay positive. All the best Karolyn. I will do a prayer for you.
