So tomorrow I will start my journey back to sobriety

Thank you for the encouragement Joseph. I have to make the right decision on what to do. Your input helps :+1:

I have become a good “pill counter”. Not good.

Find your God. Internal. What makes you tick? For me it was changing my routine and replacing bad habits (drinking) with good (reading, lectures by Huberman) and healthy eating. I gave up sugar for example. You can do it. Just be patient with yourself and take your time.

I take .5 mg klonopin daily as well. It complicates everything for me. I am moving toward the inpatient route. Insurance is the issue.

Detox and rehab. AA meetings too. Works for me.

Which was a good decision on your part. Friends aren't measured in numbers. It's measured in how many stuck by your side through thick and thin. And like it should be, sobriety is and should be your top priority.
