Sober 10 months and dreams of drinking still shake me to my core. I could feel it hit my body and I liked it. Thankful it’s a DREAM.

I had a similar dream last night and I’m only 2 weeks sober. Let’s try our absolute best to make sure we keep it only a dream.

Waking up after this is terrible. I still get these dreams but it's just a dream. I'm not waking up in strange places or with strangers trying to piece together the last week. So I see it as progress and just part of the journey. Hang in there you got this.

They come out of nowhere, Im just over a year and I had one a week ago so real I woke up and it was half a day before I stopped feeling ashamed of myself there the worst...

Nightmares for me. I would wake up freaking out. I haven't had one in months, thank God.
