Okay so don’t hate me to anyone struggling in their sobriety.
This is not my fist rodeo but this is definitely my last . You know when you just know this is it period end of story , I am a confident competent compassionate caring sober woman ( women for sobriety) and I absolutely want to shout out loud to the world.
I have never ever known freedom like I do today . I am so free from the bondage of alcohol folks .

I work very very hard for my sobriety. Tried AA, yeh not a good fit for me.
I do weekly meeting virtually with Women for Sobriety and also Sober Powered with Gillian Tiez .
My sobriety is all about
Community
Connection
Therapy
Homework, podcasts , reading, journaling but most of all, acceptance.
I accept that I had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, therefore I don’t drink .
Moderation is unattainable therefore I don’t drink .
So simple, I just don’t drink alcohol nor will I .
I am doing more things , enjoying life, hiking , fly fishing , going on long car rides windows opened , sunroof opened music playing, I’m traveling
Im doing all those things that alcohol prevented me from doing .
Sober is not boring, sober is not lonely , sober is not shameful, sober is not punishing, sober is not a struggle .
Sober is my life , will be my life , and as you can probably tell by reading this
Sober is beautiful peaceful clarity authentic freedom liberating powerful and I love my sober life
