My drug of choice was alcohol and my sober date for that is September 4 but I put myself in a treatment program on September 10 and that’s when I stopped taking my Xanax and Adderall. I took less than prescribed of both of those, but I’m technically free of every substance at this point so would my sober date be September 4 or September 10? I never abused the medications that had been prescribed to me but i did rely on them for my panic disorder and my ADHD.
