Sober for 4 months and 9 days and now depression has hit me so hit. I’m craving alcohol just to take the edge off. Staying to isolate myself from every one and i really don’t know how to snap back to me again

Post acute withdrawl syndrome. It happens months after initial withdrawl. Your brain is recalibrating. Just walk through it. 
Okay makes sense and my doc while my favorite was Xanax for over 12 years
Benzos are notorious for that so no surprise. Great job on keeping with it.
