Some of us are using Sober October to get sober.

Some of us are already sober, but using it to shift our routines, our mindset, or our scrolling habits.

My October focus is getting back into daily meditation and I started attending a RD group that meets on Tuesdays.

My October focus is
“Continued to take personal inventory and
when we were wrong promptly admitted it.”
However I do this on a daily basis.
