My favorite recovery book would be Alcoholics Anonymous. In that book I found a solution that gave me a stillness of mind and spirit.

The just for today is probably my favorite. It’s something I read first thing when I wake up to focus myself on gratitude. A reminder I get to do this, a lot of people don’t ever make it, or make it back and I have to remind myself that everyday or I’ll forget real quick and I can’t have that again.

Emotional Sobriety by Tian Dayton

I've listened to it several times and can't really pick out one thing. The whole thing is great.

Alan Carr's quit drinking without willpower. Favorite part: alcohol's supposed benefits are marketing techniques and are illusions. There's no scale of good and bad, because the good doesn't come from the alcohol.
