Early morning sunrise sound bath meditation with many friends from my A.A. home group, followed up by my Saturday morning men’s meeting. Great way to start my day. Wishing y’all a safe and sober holiday weekend.

Thanks for checking in on me. You two are so cute lol. I’ve been lurking when I can, but have taken a bit of a back seat the past few weeks. All is well. Super busy with my 2 semi-adult kids both being home this summer for the first time in a while (and probably the last time). Plus, I’ve got a new sponsee who has needed a lot of attention. You guys rock
