@h459435 I can totally relate. I remember when I turned 20. I to and still do get a little hinky and conflted each sobriety anniversary. It's times like that is when I rework steps and talk to those who have experience with what you're going through.

Every year...my dad has 40 and he said every year gets weird week before and sometimes after
But I do every anniversary that I've had I do step work. Particularly I do step four and I'm constantly reminded that my anniversary is not for me. My anniversary is for the new chemical still sick and suffering.
