Sobriety day 10. I detoxed myself at home. I put my last drink down and said I'm fed up. There is no turning back for me again. I'm tired of letting alcohol control everything in my life along with making me feel and look horrible. A kicker was a few people telling me I look the worst they've ever seen me. That cut deep. That’s great Megan! It’s liberating and each day things will get better. Some struggles then amazing breakthroughs :sunglasses:

Thank you so much. This time seems so much easier because I'm finally ready. I know theres no someday I can drink again, its I can never drink again.

Exactly! Put God first every day ask him what his will is for you. Make sure you find some good meetings and you will connect with some real good people :sunglasses:
