I have to agree. And the actions and decisions I have been making since I have been sober have only reflected that gift. Although, of course, in the beginning it was ROUGH and i made some QUESTIONABLE decisions but looking back my choices when i was not sober were INSANE. I thought i was the most sane then, its really funny to look back when it doesnt scare me lol
I think the next step i need to take in my journey is to find a regular meeting in my new state/city. Love my online meeting so i can still attend my original but theres something missing that i got from being in person.
