So today when I woke up cause I haven’t been sleeping well I got on my knees and I asked for help. It’s a one day at a time program. You can’t change yesterday it’s over who knows what’s gonna happen tomorrow we have no idea we do know what’s gonna happen today because if you’re awake, you gotta stay plugged in. If you feel you’re gonna use pick up the phone dial them don’t file them and don’t be shy. Nobody’s here to judge you. we’re all here for one reason or another. Whatever your addiction is, you’re on the right track just don’t pick up.!
