Ever question why sobriety is draining and harder than staying clean? I did. I really fk'n wanted to know.
Thoughts that come back to haunt us don't know they' re dead. And I'm the brain they seek. Parasitic fkers.
But, today....I'm onto their game. The "pain body" as its being called isn't a seperate enemy, nope. This is connected...deep.
As I continue to probe myself, I realize all I feel is an overwelming sense of empathy and compassion. You know, as if it were a real person.
Sheeesh...
This was totally new and a little awkward tbh. Then it happened.
Total self intergration..
By accepting that part of me vs competing with its pull to the past and push into the future, the NOW exploded. I truly became clearly aligned with the unloveable parts.
