Looking at my life before I got clean to after I can say for sure it is all worth it. Its not easy, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes it's stormy and scary but truth be told you are stronger than all of that. You got this!! Stay strong!!!

I was told I have stink' thinkin'. I sometimes can't see the one tree through the forest. I still do. I was prepared to die from sepsis. It was the group I went to in Vegas, Happy Hour, that literally saved my life! (View the story on NielFlamm dot com). My hope is that you work with another man, a sponsor, that will talk you off the ledge. The air-conditioning is nice inside.

It is worth it! The kicker is walking through the pain. I was never promised this would be easy. The payoff is I'm entrusted with my grandkids. We are not guaranteed another recovery.
