I just recently went through the same thing with one of my sponsees.

I was there with her when they cut it off. I started reciting the 9th Step promises. When I mentioned 'You will know a NEW FREEDOM and a NEW HAPPINESS. We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it. Both her and her PO looked at me in disbelief.
I giggled and asked, "What, you've never heard that before?" Both replied, "NOT like that!"
Long story short it's true CC now that it's off go enjoy your NEW FREEDOM and NEW HAPPINESS. Take this event learn from it, share your experience with others and don't phuq it up.
