Grateful I didn't wake up with any obsession to drink/drug. Beautiful sunny day in Philadelphia and the temp will be in the mid 80°s . Loving life without needing anything, but the support of awesome people.

Our perception will be our reality. Sometimes it is very tough, and today could be one of those days, but choose something better for you, and you'll appreciate you did when you get through this. Call someone supportive who you can vent .
