I just had to go to counseling for an ED and it did not go well. I’m so frustrated and overwhelmed. I don’t know how to do what she’s asking. My brain feels like soup.

ED? SOMETIMES slowly
Get a Sponsor go to meetings, reach out to another person before and after the meetings work the 12 steps go to another meeting. Go to all kinds of meetings, reach out and talk to another woman at those meetings before and after not a man that will just lead to a failed relationship, chase your sobriety like you used to chase your high
