Spent the day with my in-laws and it’s an absolutely gorgeous day, a perfect combination for my desire to drink. All I could think about was putting my daughter down and sitting on my porch drinking and smoking the night away. I thought about it all day and instead of giving myself an excuse to do it I sat with the feeling until it passed. I’m grateful I was able to make that decision. 15 days no drinking or smoking.
