I heard that religion is for people who don’t want to go to h…… Spirituality is for people that have been there and don’t want to go back.

Having a Higher power that we can trust in, have faith in, hand over control too because we have confidence that He wants all that is good for us definitely doesn't have to be based in religion. We have church in ourselves through faith, and giving praise. We can be the light in such a dark and evil world through our Higher power who strengthens us, all we need is faith and a soft heart. Definitely agree with you Simon!
