Forgiveness and being able to love are dynamic! Was your forgiveness journey hard and how did you navigate through it?
Forgiveness of others came easily once I realized that it was rarely anyone else's fault other than my own and my over inflated ego.
Self forgiveness.. that was rough.. acceptance is always the key. A lot of time looking myself in the eye in the mirror and saying out loud "I forgive you, you are worthy of forgiveness"
