Check out the Reframe App. They have lots of meetings all day. PS. I'm a member not an employee.

I look forward to zoom meetings bc I have found my people in them! This is a lonely disease so connection to another alcoholic or like-minded person is essential. Also-YOU GOTTA WORK THE STEPS! I’m on step 8 and I’m feeling better even though I have consequences to face at a later date. I pray for a miracle and for God’s will to be done in my life every single morning. I go to a gratitude meeting at night to end my day and I sleep well.

U got this!
You can do it!!!
Hmu anytime

Iam going to start going to night meeting cause l go to day meetings then l drink. If you drink sober up and let's go a night meeting. It needs to be in your face constantly.

Do you work where do you interact with people. That's what we need to do is interact with people some way some how some place.

I wish l had interacted with my kids after they were 18 years old... Iam sure it can be hard but when your 65 years you'll appreciate all the crazy things and problems you needed to deal with!

No need to isolate. Even if you're in a rural area find a meeting you can get to. CR, AA, NA, anything will help. You can be picky later if you don't love the first one you find, but get out there!

Try relapsing when your 65 years old and only going to live like 15 maybe 20 years? Been to 2 residentuals and 4 detoxes after my dementia mom passed had to go on social security and my pensions.

This kind of honesty is what keeps you moving forward. Relapse happens. it doesn’t define you. The fact that you showed up and posted about it says a lot. The opposite of addiction really is connection. One post, a check-in, and some one choice at a time you get right back up. We’re here for you.
