N I feel 1% normal. That’s a huge improvement. Finally found something I can build a foundation on n I know I’m gonna enjoy. Grateful for this.

I did IOP and got a ton out of it. I actually enjoyed it
Yeah I’m looking forward to it. Ppl there r supportive n the therapist n drug counselor r awesome ppl.
