I found the first day to be the hardest, but once i committed to it and my brain didn’t implode, every day sober after that was better and better until drinking was a self destructive habit of the past and then the real rewording work begins in AA.

I'm on day 7, and I'll always remember day numero uno for me being the hardest physically and mentally. You got this!! You're worth it!!
