Started on Naltrxone yesterday. I just can’t seem to get sober on my own so I really hope this helps

I was on naltraxone for a while, and it personally didn't help me, but I've heard its worked wonders for others. Vivitrol (naltraxone by monthly injection) definitely helped with my cravings, but I relapsed when I was between shots. I take anti-buse now and have been for a little over four months. No cravings, but its good knowing I can't drink or I'll get really sick.
No shame in using something that helps, especially if it doesn't cause side effects or negativelt affect your health in other ways!
