Starting over again. I feel like a failure

No such thing as that here. The only “failure” is giving up/not coming back.
I have 10 days for the umpteenth time. I’m winning and so are you. Welcome back! God loves you and everyone in the rooms does too, keep at it🙏🏿

None of us showed up on a winning streak. Just learn from the mistakes and try to be aware of what your triggers are and try to avoid those. It's an ever changing journey brother. Keep your head up. Reach out when you need to. Also, I wasn't a fan of the thought initially but getting into therapy has done wonders for me personally. I'm coming up on 16 months and it's been hard but having a support system helps. Don't give up on yourself. We all fall and feel like you're probably feeling right now. It's how we adjust and react that makes the difference. I pray and hope you find peace friend.
