Starting over, again.
Don’t be so hard on yourself, I’ve started over more times than I could count, I’m at day 7 and feeling better than I have in a long time and have a lot ahead of me I wanna do, think you just get to that point where your just in that same cycle, you need to do something to break the cycle even if it’s just smalls things or going for a walk, personally I just can’t wait for it to be warm out the sun always helps, keep your head up and think this is the first day to the rest of your life

I'm on the beautiful journey as well. One day, hour, minute, and to the second at a time. Thankful to be sober again.

Thanks everyone! It has been a struggle for sure but I'll get there. Slowly feeling better by the day, but the bs in my life currently has made it difficult.
