Don’t be scared you’re very courageous for even starting! Call try to make it to in person meetings get a sponsor. If you don’t have one if you have one column daily get Sober support going for you getting to the 12 step program. God bless your journey.

You got this. Im back at day 1. Day 2 is always the hardest for me, haven't had a day 3 since November. Don't give up!
