If you want to start over you have the ask yourself what you would do differently. So my question is what will you do differently?

Well for starters I will take better care of myself starting with my mind. Thought about getting back into therapy and looking into activities to my brain occupied when I have time to allow myself to mind to wonder

@490607 Face the facts you're allergic to alcohol just like the rest of us are. When we drink we do really stoooopid things. Once you realize that then you'll stop drinking and letting yourself down. You can do this my friend.

Read my post titled " when is enough, enough"

Sometimes I ask who am I doing this for. Me for sure but more importantly my family. That keeps me going. We all fall down (sometimes literally) but gotta get up and keep going! You got this!!

It doesn't sound like you are completely starting over. It looks like you have recognized things that you need for you to continue towards your goal. I think that shows acceptance, self-awareness of your needs and shortcomings, accountability and growth. You are figuring out what works for you and what your needs are. You got this!!! Keep moving forward you are doing great!
