Starting the morning crystal (meth) clear and I couldn’t be more grateful. Being up all night creates such a depression. Today the singing birds bring joy and not despair. Grateful to everyone in recovery. You give hope.

I'm waiting at a detox right now.
It is so much easier to stay clean than to get clean. Keeps me on the straight and narrow. Good for you! Keep going one day at a time!
I had heard “easier to stay clean but than to get clean” years ago. It resonated then but even more so now. Thanks for the reminder.
