Stay practical, get focused, keep it simple, make the choice, believe in yourself, believe in others, yes you can, don't overthink it, just make the right choices and it will lead to the right results. Period. You are in charge of your life and you can either keep taking actions that lead to suffering or actions that lead to healing. It's up to you. No longer play victim. Take your power back. Nobody else is going to do it for you. You got this and you are much stronger than you give yourself credit for. You've survived things that would've broken someone else.
