That’s great!! I’ve got a question about the 24 hour zoom meeting. How does it differ from the typical 1 hour meetings? Does it just run continuously, and people jump on and off all day?

Yes, it runs continuously. There is a different person facilitating the meeting each hour.

is there a password

Ooooo could you share? I would love to be able to jump on randomly, I have been going to one at a set time but it was a rush to get on after the gym today :joy:

Me too! I like the idea of just jumping on “whenever” instead of a set time. I’d like more info. Like do they read how it works and the other readings every hour at the top of the hour??

You're welcome!

Ok!!!! I found this site by accident last November. I was going thru some court stuff. Awful,,, bc I made a poor choice and deserved it. I was under house arrest for about 45 days. No,,,, EXACTLY 45 days. AFTER THAT….. I could only drive to Dr appts, work, & to see my P.O. & attend meetings. All of which were men/women groups. Nothing wrong with that. However, 33 years ago I use to attend mixed gender meetings. Followed home by a man there that I thought was an actual attendee & he physics attacked me. Never went back and coming from
A small town their were no women only meetings. So when I found ya’ll,,,, I jumped for joy that I could attend meetings, share, maybe help others and firm a family. I hadn’t drank in 25 yrs but it only takes one choice to
Drink that will ruin our lives
I lost everything
Anyway….. this site has saved me and given me the strength to keep sober. Along w
My higher power. I have friends from everywhere I’m the world. I am so grateful for everyone. I get to hear about people who have one day sober, 40 or more yrs sober. I just love it. And I’m not afraid. I actually feel more of a connection to people here than from
Any meeting I’ve ever attended in person. And someone is awake even when n the middle of the night. Lol!!! Sobriety this time around is so much more meaningful. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you all!! Thank You everyone. Love ya’ll!!!
Have a great day and keep coming back.
