I have been struggling working step 4. It's just so hard for me to write it out on paper.

Oh ya for sure the 4th step is challenging. But not as challenging as life without the 12 steps. Just get thru it! It’s like pealing an onion.

If you can think of people and situations that made you mad then you have a beginning.
My suggestion is just start writing. Don’t worry about sentence structure or spelling or grammar. First sentence can start with “ 4th step it’s so hard for me to write down my resentments because they are……………..”
Just get the pen moving and ask your HP to help. It will happen. And you will be glad you did it.
