Did you aver get yhe feeling your just trying to get drunk?
Sometimes when I have a cold drink after working or a beverage at dinner I am left unsatisfied...
I think im waiting for the buzz!!
I don't go beyond yhe feeling...I won't drink alcohol...but the craving is still there!!
375 days sober and I am still learning.

Yes always drank to get buzzed.. problem was I never knew I was buzzed so I kept going to chase that buzz. I would wake up the next day and not remember part of the night. Such an awful cycle. Congrats on your long sobriety. I am on day 4 and it’s hard!!
