Story time! How do I stop thinking about this?

In between checking myself into a rehab place (early February '22) and quitting drinking (March 6, 2022), I decided to join this really intense gym and I passed out on my second day there. Twice. My trainer had to call an ambulance and everything.

Pretty sure working out became my new alcohol but last year, in February, I got dizzy again and it happened again today! How do I stop?

Did you eat? How is your blood pressure? How much water did you drink?

I am an RN.

My theory is that I generally have blood pressure that's too low. And when I go to the doctors, he says my blood pressure is "normal" when in fact my anxiety is raising my blood pressure.

Yes thank you. I could've drank more water today

Yes. I usually pass out with other things- most medical procedures, needless, stuff like that
