Struggking today. Went to ER on the 4th. AC went out last thirsday. I am in pain and hot and vomitting and its just a lot. Want to fo use. Know that’s not smart. Really lacking sober support in my area. Loneliness is killing me.

Hi Erica. Sorry that you're struggling. Sober support is critical to our recovery. Are there any AA meetings near you? Even if it's not your 1st choice, there's usually more of those than other fellowships. You can probably find something at a church too if you're willing to try that. This is good, but I have to have people to connect with in person. Hang in there
