Struggles after sobriety : every time I get a headache now, ppl ask “did u drink last night?” No I didn’t and no I won’t drink in future. Committed to sobriety, they will see !!

Keep going to meetings. They are a life saver as we find our way early in recovery. Find women friends too. We can get the miracle of Sobriety if we surrender to our program and admit we are powerless over our addiction.

Hi Cathy, trust will return to these people somewhere around 5 years of continuous sobriety….dont forget they were sober watching and interacting with you while you were in cognitive neutral…Keith
