Begin with you. As crazy as it sounds when you have the miracle of rock bottom you are ready to surrender to your higher power. The rest is up to you to decide what to do with it. Much love brother.

I learned that for me, and some like me that it is a
“a physical allergy coupled with a mental obsession”
I take the alcohol (or whatever it is) and the allergy turns on the obsession. All sane thought goes out the window. I do everything I swore I wouldn’t.

Sound familiar?

I suggest you attend a meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous and get a copy of the Big Book of A.A.
That’s where I found the solution to my drinking problem.
