Sorry that your going through this. Hang in there. I know my drinking created a lot of wreckage I had to deal with when I sobered up as well.

I'm glad you're at a meeting! Always good to be with people that are just like us. So they can share their wisdom strength and experience. Now you say strong you know that you have the power to do this because you've done it. The trick is the deal with the childhood trauma! You got this girl! Drinking will only make the situation worse

If you lose you can at least hold your head up high knowing you didn’t drink over it and you are handling this issue sober
