Struggling pretty hard
Hey. I am struggling too. I can’t seem to get past 2-3 days. I only have 1 day at the moment. The first month is the hardest. I don’t know what else to say except that you’re not alone.

Look up some meetings sober.com has a great directory. Immerse yourself in the program and surround yourself with sober people. There are also 24/7 zoom meetings online

Get connected with other recovering alcoholics by getting on a zoom meeting

What helps me stay sober during hard times is the serenity prayer it just may help in your situation good luck with that for one in the 1st 
it helped in keeping it simple just for one day .
