Michael, I’ve been there. Are you apart of a support group like AA/NA? I’ve found that you can’t stay sober alone. Connection is key staying sober. I also found that hard candy or honey helps with the cravings for alcohol stay strong and temper “ I get drunk..We stay sober”.

I agree with Dothel, hard candy helps. Talking about tends to make me want to drink. Tell me about things you want to accomplish. I am slowly renovating my lining room. Stay busy :+1:

Michael, you’re not alone! I’ve been where you’re at countless times. Reaching out and telling on myself helped me get through the tough times and cravings many times. But the more impactful fix is getting deep into my sober programs of AA/NA & CA. I went early mornings & evenings everyday until I got on real solid ground. Got sponsored, did the 12 steps and built my sober team & life. 16 years of mostly happy sobriety and efffin grateful!!!
I’m here if you want to talk. Also I sponsor👊

You should find a meeting, talk to people after the meeting and get phone numbers. Then use those numbers. I tell everyone new to call any time and I'll answer. Only a few actually do it before. I was the worst for calling after or the next day and having to start again and again and again. It got exhausting.

There’s online meetings too if u want. The app “In The Rooms” might be of help. They have online meetings all day for free. It’s AA, NA, etc
