Hi Lauren! I'm catching up on Love is Blind and eating Nutella from the jar  what are you getting up to tonight?

Welcome to the community! I hope you find the support you need here.

I struggled for a long time and those feelings of loneliness and inadequateis only grew everyday I chose not to face my problems? It's not easy but there's so many people that have been where you are that can help? Reach out whenever you want.

Hi Lauren! You're not alone, we're all in this together!

Welcome and totally understand

Me too

Hi Lauren,

I think that we all go through this and I'm positive that none us had an immediate cure.

The simplest answer isnto start going to AA and or NA meetings. The usual opening is to ask if anyone is new or visiting from out of town. Be brave, take a deep breath and do it. Raise your hand. Just a first name, say yiur new and could use as many new girl friends as possible. Stay after and help out the chairs away and di the little clean up thing. Ladies will come to you. Go to as many meetings as you can and raise tour hand every time for a couple of weeks. Now The thing is that when they gove you their number....call. If they ask if you want to join them...join them!

Trust me I know its easier said than done. No one says hey let me center of attention. Its about building a new set. Trust me the old friends will be drifting quickly if not already gone.

Be happy. Find reasons to like to go. Not reasons to hate to go.

Remember there was always time
to drink or get high. Don't let yourself get
lazy!

You asking here was a big deal. I just moved here to Florida from Philadelphia.
I've been clean and sober a long time. I had to do it again myself. Its mot
as bad as Inthought it would be bit it wasn't easy for me
either.

You can feel free to call me anytime.
DM and
I'd be happy to pass along my number.

Treat yourself well. You deserve it.
