I have 53 days of sobriety but today I’m struggling. I don’t know why, but I want to go up and get some alcohol.

Move a muscle change a thought. Go for a walk. Exercise. But don’t go to grocery store or anywhere that has booze. Pray. read the big book or a grapevine story. You can do it.

Good choice Tom. Those cravings will fewer and farther between. And pass more quickly and easier!

Nicely done. I had a bad day yesterday too and thoughts crossed my mind but they pass. We just gotta ride those waves out.
