Food for thought:
Anxiety doesn’t exist as its own emotion. It’s the result of one of the four basic human emotions: mad, sad, glad, or scared. All other emotions are just variations of these core feelings, like a volume knob turning them up or down.
Long term, one of the most helpful things you can do is figure out what’s driving your anxiety.
Here’s a hint… : it’s fear.
When you address the fear, you address the anxiety.
