Struggling with not wanting to exhist... but I'm 1 year 13 days sober from alcohol
Do you practice a faith?
Congrats on 1 year and 13 days i would suggest journaling meditation gratitude list and reaching out to get help if you need it or talk to a friend about how you are feeling
Christian...
I don't just talk to anyone about me... I have a trust issue with stuff like that
Over a year is no small feat. Remember why you started and keep holding on, you’ve got this.
Stay connected, reach out for support if you need it., we’re all here to help..
Have you checked out Dr. Tony Evans on YouTube? His messages have helped me m
Thank you it's appreciated
No i haven't
No small feat??? You don't know anything about my past, so how can you even say that??? I'm a little offended
Thank you. Thank you!!!!
‘No small feat’ means achieving something challenging or significant.
I don’t know your past, but the fact that you’ve made it this far is worth celebrating. It’s a big deal, and it takes strength to get here. Keep going
I have a family and they depend on me as well, and I have 2 boys with an ex and they're all my foundation and my rocks... as a whole
For me that's been the most helpful part of my walk. If you're interested I could potentially turn you on to some free resources to explore that. I'm glad you exist Jeremy.
YouTube videos by Tony Evans are good too man.
You’ve made it 13 days, that’s HUGE & some amazing strength right there.
Don’t give up on yourself. One moment at a time, you’re building something better. You’re not alone, you have all of us to keep encouraging you.
I do... Christian is my faith
I appreciate that
