I felt this way in the beginning and still do from time to time. What worked for me is grounding. Point out 5 things you can see smell or see and when the thoughts come back do it again. Its gets you out of your head and in the moment.

Hang in there as there will be waves of this feeling, but it won't last forever, I promise-To Begin, "Don't be to hard on yourself, be kind to yourself. No one knows what you've been through, better than you. And no one is going to give you the kind of love you deserve, other than yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be good to yourself. Take care of yourself.... it may take time."
