Struggling with staying sober

Bev, I’m alone too… and it’s hard, I know. But you know going back to using isn’t going to help. Are you in a program? I REALLY didn’t want to go to AA and was sober 6 months on my own but o was miserable. It wasn’t until I got into AA that things got better.

I’ve been to AA didn’t really like it however I’m going back as I didn’t really give it a chance.
I understand. Every group is different, try some others. If you live in a larger city there’s other options like Smart Recovery. I’m glad to hear you are open to going back. It takes time to get comfortable with it, be patient. Best wishes😀

I just lost sobriety, and consequently may lose everything. Its not worth it. Its fleeting and the damage you do is permannent
