Struggling woth emotions and anxiety but other than that its been good 11 months sober is exciting never thought i would be here again god is good

11 months is huge. The emotions and anxiety can be a b when you’re feeling everything without the old way of escaping. I had to learn that staying sober and learning how to handle what I felt were 2 different parts of my recovery. You’re in the best spot right, you’re sober, grateful and this too shall pass
