Struggling

im on day 14 and im really struggling with cravings. I feel so close to giving in again.

Totally normal. My go-to is calling a friend and talking it through or getting my mind on another topic. Also find cleaning to help. 1 day at a time can be 10 minutes at a time. Tell yourself "I'm going to do _____ and then see how I feel." And keep going. Hang on!
