Scott, most of us struggle with loneliness from time to time. It shall pass! Keep up the service in the sober community and you will surely meet the right people along the way.

The ones that have avoided being truly alone typically find this position of being alone to be crushing. You are experiencing yourself. This is a great time to get to know you again. See what you enjoy and what you dont. Make necessary changes. Learn to love yourself and get comfortable being alone with that person which is you.

Inner work beat the isolation and loneliness for me: make space for what you like, build simple routines, and meet the version of you that you haven’t met before. Self-discovery is a gamer changer.
